• Optimized content for mobile and cross-browser performance using WordPress and got Promoted from Web Developer to Senior Web Developer within a year.
• Worked effectively in fast-paced environments.
• Worked flexible hours across night, weekend, and holiday shifts.

• Teamed up with the Computers and Communications Division (CCD) which is the internal team that gives support to the employees in the company itself
• Provided 1st level IT service support - perform troubleshooting and resolve issues, perform request fulfillment, and Improve efficiencies - job throughput, resolution times, service improvements, and process improvements.
• Ensured smooth day-to-day operations by addressing any workflow disruptions promptly and effectively.
• Developed strong relationships with vendors, improving collaboration and negotiation outcomes.
