  • Member of PMO office to lead and manage technical projects on one or multiple aircrafts from beginning to end. Including the customer, planning, engineering, estimating, drafting, installation, quality control, safety, security, materials management, cost and schedule control, commissioning, and documentation.
  • Define project objectives, scope, estimates, schedules, work plans and all resource requirements.
  • Oversee multiple projects across all phases in preflight. Make vital decisions and drive decision making across projects.
  • Leading and managing a multi cross functional teams such Methods, Quality, logistics and engineering to support production and assembly line in Pre-Flight. Resolving any issues stopping or interrupting assembly line.
  • Responsible to manage corrective action projects and major repairs and flight / pilot snags. Assess, evaluate, diagnose, identify, and recommend initial disposition of the problems as requiring further review and investigation. Obtain approval, discuss proposed solution, and attempt to resolve problems and arrive at a mutually agreeable plan of action.
  • Develop status report, cost estimation and resource planning.
  • Responsible for safety, assigning manpower, scheduling, overtime, hiring, performance reviews, managing KPI and coaching of my team.
