  • Oversaw all operations, client relations, and marketing.
  • Increased current profit margins by over 15% through reducing expenditures and evaluating prices. Current margins are 95%-97%, depending on the service and if we outsource labour.
  • Conducted market research and, through careful analysis, uncovered that the cost per acquisition for our industry was lower than others. Thus, I began focusing on social media, Google ads, and SEO, instead of door-to-door sales, which increased total monthly revenue by over 50% and decreased labour expenses.
  • Created and maintained our entire website, as well as integrated a scheduling system within the website that allows employees to sync their Google Calendar to maximize efficiency.
  • Removed hourly pay for employees and instead introduced a 10% commission plus tips pay scale. This helped boost employee efficiency, and lowered our overhead and payroll fees.
