Essential Functions:

  • Tracks expenses for a department including overseeing coordination with the finance department to manage and maintain an accounting system that tracks the usage of program and/or client funds, including petty cash and reconciliation process.
  • Oversees the implementation and maintenance of tracking systems for agency program details, which could include inventory of office supplies, vehicle maintenance and scheduling.

  • Oversees the management of housing vouchers, coordination of housing placements and other Housing Coordinator Duties.
  • Provides oversight to Housing Coordination and use of the Coordinated Entry System by attending case conferencing as needed and ensuring that matches are reviewed for eligibility and intakes are completed in a timely manner.
