• Molecular works: I have knowledge of the basic laboratory tests and experiments conducted in this field. My regular work and experience include germination tests, seed health tests, DNA extractions, PCR, Gel electrophoresis,gel and hybridity tests.

• Tissue culture works: I have worked in the lab for more than 2 years and have gathered much experience. I have also supervised the tissue culture lab. I have experience doing tissue culture of Gerbera and Lisianthus. Later, I started working with potato plantlet commercial production. My general work includes doing ELISA, dry matter tests, reducing sugar tests, media preparation, subculture of plantlet's, and quality checking of plantlet's before plantlet delivery. In addition, I have some field experience with potato plantlet's.
