  • Daily organization and scheduling of staff, fleet, venues, deceased preparation and family requirements, while dealing with the everchanging needs that arose.
  • Meeting with families to make arrangements in person and virtually to assist with pre-planning, at need services and aftercare, often organizing international travel within 24 hours 365 days a year using commercial and private airlines.
  • Overseeing the health and Safety of employees and public through the worst of the Covid pandemic. Engaging with various groups, hospitals, media and government on a daily (hourly) basis to ensure safety and efficiency of burials and safety were met while respecting family needs.
  • Taking the lead on the requirements of ensuring the buildings of all locations and grounds were maintained while adhering to the government standards.
  • Implementing new metal health initiatives to address and find solutions for the struggles of staff in all departments.
