  • Be available by cell phone 24 hours per day, seven days per week, including holidays and weekends

  • Assisted with intake/placement of foster youth by assessing needs of the youth and the skills of the resource parents to ensure homes are able to meet the unique needs of the child
  • Complete home inspections and certification paperwork with new resource families, as well as re-certification paperwork with existing homes
  • Work with Community Care Licensing to address any deficiencies or compliance issues with resource homes
  • Facilitated resource parent trainings
  • Other duties as assigned
