● Coordinate testing activities with hydro test QC and construction superintendents personnel
● Complete a full review of hydro/pneumatic /visual test package documentation prior to submitting to the client for pre-hydro approval
● Validate all punches are signed off, and all requirements of NDE are meet prior to release for testing
● Ensure cleanliness and reinstatement deficiencies have been completed and signed off post hydro
● Creating spreadsheets and check sheet templates for reporting purposes with the use of excel/ word/ outlook when requested by project management
● Ensuring that all hydro/visual /pneumatic testing activities have been captured and Logged daily in the Hydro Test Log, punches opened / closed in the Master Deficiency Log, Vessel Closure Log
● Coordinate QC visual inspections of pre/post hydro testing requirements, creating walk down packages
as required
● Verifying change management documents have been actioned and closed out in a timely manner for
every testing package
● Assist turnover department in populating final AB83’s and the final review process as required
● Line checking, System Walk down and doing Field Verification
● I have part of creating / building Hydro Test Packages, Pre Commissioning Turn over Package and Vessel Closure Packages
●I am an experienced pipefitter in layout, assemble, fabricate, maintaining and repair piping systems that carry, water, oil, steam and chemicals that use for heating, cooling and for processing
● Review blueprints, ISO drawings and site specifications to determine the type of materials to use, as per drawing details and bill of materials
● Making detailed sketches and Red Line drawings as per RFI requirements when called upon
● Install fabricated spools to its respective locations, using proper safety rigging technics
● Joint pipe section related to equipment , bolting / torque secure in position
● Proven team player during new construction / maintenance work while working shut down
● Fabricate and install race way for tubing support
● Bend and install tubing from instrument supplies lines to instrument panel
