Responsible for the day-to-day operations and long-term development of the Middle School, including best practices through the lens of social-emotional learning and international-mindedness to support both vertical and horizontal integration. Provide leadership and vision for the Grade 7 and 8 student experience in partnership with the MYP Coordinator, School Counsellors & Social Worker, Instructional Leaders, and other School Leaders. Collaboratively lead strategy and direction for the Grade 7-12 experience in various aspects of school programming and experiences.
