Responsible for the day-to-day operations and long-term development of the Middle School, including best practices through the lens of social-emotional learning and international-mindedness to support both vertical and horizontal integration. Provide leadership and vision for the Grade 7 and 8 student experience in partnership with the MYP Coordinator, School Counsellors & Social Worker, Instructional Leaders, and other School Leaders. Collaboratively lead strategy and direction for the Grade 7-12 experience in various aspects of school programming and experiences.

• Lead, develop and coordinate weekly community time programming with focus on social-emotional learning, diversity, equity and inclusion, community building and leadership for Grades 7-12.
• Collaborate with Senior Middle School Leaders on school-wide approach and strategic plans around social-emotional learning.
• Co-lead and manage shared services for Grades 7-12 students, including yearly school calendar, clubs, student leadership, exchanges, academic reporting structures, and more.
• Collaborate with Boarding staff to provide a supportive structure for boarding students.

• Redesign and implement the school's code of conduct and response to behaviour policies and procedures to effectively handle student discipline.
• Oversee all clubs and councils for Grade 7-12 students, including their alignment with IB CAS Program.
• Oversee and support coordinators and faculty advisors for the school's Exchange Program, Yearbook, Agenda, Newspaper, and other publications.
• Mentor student leaders in various roles, including Prefects, Club Heads, Clan Heads, and more.
• Develop Parent/Caregiver Education programming to support positive engagement and strong home-school partnership based on research and best practices.
• Support external accreditations and review, including CAIS, IB, and Ministry of Ontario.
• Conduct and complete Quality Assurance Report for Branksome Hall Asia.

• Focused on differentiation, problem-based learning, and authentic applications while teaching and learning in Grade 7-12 Mathematics courses.
• Collaborated and led innovative and creative teaching and learning practices within the Mathematics department.
• Staff advisor for Student Diversity & Anti-Racism Committee with a focus to educate, plan and lead school-wide learning and unlearning on Anti-Oppression, Social Justice, and Identity exploration.
