  • Process eFRIC reimbursements, accounts payable invoices, and procurement transactions in the FMS system.
  • Oversee LETS timekeeping as Physics Division primary and ALS-U backup timekeeper, monitoring personnel entries and supervisor approvals.
  • Onboard and mentor new administrative staff, providing training on Lab systems, tools, and protocols to improve efficiency and team performance.
  • Create and maintain web content for ALS-U Admin, Reviews, Physics Division, INPA Group, and collaboration meetings using Google Sites, Congos, HTML, and Photoshop.
