Application 1- TSYS-Smart Dispute- It is used to simplify transactions dispute process for different cards like AMEX, VISA and MasterCard having TSYS as book of records.

-Configured SD framework to leverage its functionalities in solving disputes.

-Customized various flows to align with business requirements.

-Done integrations with external systems to file chargebacks, get the transactions details, get the chargeback representment etc.

-Worked on TSYS green screen.

-Prepared transaction data to be sent to TSYS to get the transactions authorized and posted to be used for testing.

Application 2- CAP (Credit Adjudication Platform)- It is used by ACE (Adjudication Centre Of Excellence) to decision the application requested by banker from branch to grant loan/credits.It has enhanced the loan/credit decision efficiency for Scotiabank.
