Performed all aspects of polychromatic flow cytometry assay, including Immunophenotyping, intracellular cytokine and phosphorylated protein assays, receptor occupancy assays on diverse matrices. Conduct method development, qualification, validation for Flow cytometry, LBA, ADA and Dose formulation studies in compliance with OECD Guidelines. In-depth working knowledge of GLP regulations and ICH guidelines and operating flow cytometry lab under GLP condition. Write, review and updated method SOP, study plan and protocol with scientific input while maintaining high ethical and quality standards. Supervising the Flow Cytometry lab, provide training FACS Diva software and instrumentation (BD FACS Canto II) to scientists and analyst. Maintain the inventory of flow cytometry reagents. Perform and analyze experiments in an autonomous manner. Ensure all documentation associated with assigned studies, sample analysis, instrument maintenance, and training is up to date and comply with protocols, study plans and (SOP). Ensure adequacy of record keeping, receive, store chemicals, verify and process biological samples for analysis. Take part in the routine duties of laboratory such as preparation of reagents, instrument calibration and maintenance. Responsible for writing deviation and comment sheets, correcting data, responds to QA comments and reports where applicable.
