Project: Capital Market project to reengineer the existing Intraday Credit Risk and Control Monitoring system. The primary objective of this reengineering effort is to enhance the system's capabilities to ensure real-time credit monitoring and control system meet the regulatory requirement. This project will result in a more robust and efficient system that not only monitors credit risk in real-time and also integrates and communicates seamlessly with other while accommodating new functional demands to align with evolving business needs and regulatory standard.

Responsibilities:

• As Business Analyst, capture and analyze stakeholder requirements, apply Agile Methodology to implement projects, and generate artifacts across various phases of Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC)."
• Engaged with diverse stakeholders throughout trading lifecycle, including financial planners, wealth managers, market analysts, fund managers, and trade managers."
• Facilitating JAD sessions, brainstorming sessions with Business Group and Technology Group
• Ability to manage projects related to regulatory reporting, including scoping, requirements gathering, project planning, and implementation.
• Conducted UML Modelling such as creating Flow Diagrams, Workflows, Sequence diagram using MS Visio.
• Using JIRA, created user stories and use case scenarios, and developed use case diagrams, activity diagrams, and sequence diagrams using Rational Rose.
• Analyzed test data to identify key findings and proposed corrective actions. Assisted Testers in test case development, execution, and result documentation using Jira.
• Involved in creating Software Requirement Specifications (SRS) / Functional Specification Documents (FSD). And used SharePoint to maintain different versions of system documentation with description about all versions.
• Worked in Agile framework and also acted as Scrum Master, took on responsibility of ensuring that team adheres to Scrum principles and practices. This involved actively removing impediments, fostering collaboration, and empowering team to operate efficiently while striving to achieve their objective.
• Involve plan manage, lead and oversee end-to-end delivery of requirements throughout Project life cycle.
• Worked in change management framework by coordinating with change control board provided walkthrough session, regarding changes and process improvement to technical stakeholder.
• Assisted QA team in Testing calls and responses to various REST APIs and documented them using Swagger and Postman

This is a Capital Markets Project of replacing the existing trading engine with a vendor-built trading ERP that would handle trade submissions, trade order management, risk management and reconciliation thus handling most of the trading and post-trade activities in trading of different asset classes including stocks, derivatives, FX, commodities, Equities and fixed income assets. The risk management component enables credit and market risk management through VAR analysis and counterparty risk initiatives.

Responsibilities:

• Worked closely with institutional clientele to assess requirements, examine strategies, executing change management, and propose solutions for capital raising needs.
• Worked in Agile framework under scrum, grooming session with product owner, created product backlog, planning sprints along with other ceremonies.
• Facilitated various requirement gathering and brainstorming sessions with Business and Technology stakeholder.
• Performed comprehensive Gap analysis and created milestone to track delivery for process improvement.
• Developed and maintained all operational and technical flows using MS Visio.
• Responsible for creating, refining, and maintaining product backlog, including associated deliverables, and managing release backlogs with forecasted delivery timelines."

Project: Loan IQ implementation was the initiative to replace the existing back-office lending systems like loan origination system, loan management system, loan servicing system with Loan IQ that can perform underwriting, loan submission, loan pricing, loan renewals, cancellations, defaulter management among other loans and other lending lifecycle-oriented activities.

Responsibilities:

• Reviewed requirements and understood technical recommendations and constraints and developed comprehensive and accurate functional specifications; Data Mapping, and process flows.
• Documented and produced Process Flow Diagrams for effective communication.
• Facilitated JAD sessions involving resource management, development and user teams for clarifying requirements and facilitating better communication.
• Created wireframes and screenshots for application to easily communicate it to users.
• Worked together with team members to break down large user stories (epics) into small stories for execution.
• Involved in Data Modeling (both Conceptual and Logical Design) of client applications.
• Worked with Project manager in managing projects, developing project plans, and monitoring performance.
• Actively involved in Knowledge Transfer Phase.

Worked on a project was of replacing existing underwriting and policy admin system with Guidewire Policy center.

Responsibilities:

• Reviewed requirements and understood technical recommendations and constraints and developed comprehensive and accurate functional specifications, Data Mapping, and process flows.
• Gathered business requirements with standard through user interviews for employer, broker & member portals.
• Analyzed business requirements, created functional specification & translated them into technical specifications.
• Developed integrated repository of current and historical data, encompassing all operational and research areas.
• Worked closely with Business Operations Team and Senior Management to create Work-Breakdown Structure, Resource-Breakdown Structure using MS Project and managed project and resources to accomplish company’s goal.
• Responsible for identifying and documenting business rules and creating detailed Use Case.
