    AREAS OF EXPERTISE

    Management, control and planning

  • Manage a full project control cycle throughout the execution of projects which includes.
  • Maintain and monitor project budgets, potential changes, change orders, commitments, accruals, progress, and forecasts. Coordinate with all project stakeholders including planning and scheduling teams for all project controls data reconciliation and integrated project reporting efforts.
  • Manage the change management process for projects including Bridges, Datacenter, etc.
  • Keeps track of hours, expenses, costs, and budget updates.
  • Produce weekly progress, S-curve, Earned Value and KPI reports, and the monthly report, and recommend corrective actions under the supervision of project controls manager.

  • Identify potential risks and issues affecting project performance using QRA method and develop strategies to mitigate them.
