As a Class 'A' Commercial Driver/Operator, I was trained, certified, and responsible for operating various State of California equipment. I operated a 4-yard dump truck hauling dirt and plowing snow, and a 10-yard dump truck hauling dirt and plowing snow. I also pulled a thirty-foot trailer, a 3,000-gallon water truck, a forklift, a Vactor truck, a Cat loader, a Cat excavator, a boom truck (for fixing highway signs), and street/highway sweepers. Highway signs, street/highway sweepers. As well as:

• Transported material from one location to another using dump trucks and other vehicles.
• Assisted supervisors in preparing detailed reports related to completion of assigned jobs.
• Monitored operation of equipment to ensure proper functioning in accordance with safety regulations.
• Loaded and unloaded trucks with excavated material for transport to designated areas.
• Performed routine cleaning tasks on assigned equipment before returning it back into service.
• Repaired minor malfunctions in the field by making adjustments and replacing parts as needed.
• Ensured compliance with all applicable laws regarding health, safety, environment protection standards and regulations.
• Maintained daily logs of machine operations and reported any mechanical or safety issues to supervisor.
