I would come in, clean all offices, bathrooms, take out all the trash, clean and mop common areas, clean the dumpster area, so turn overs , do work orders if needed, make sure the property was clean and looking nice, even help in the office if needed.

I would come in and take trash out, get concrete and tiles ready for next spray, also seal and spray all fire pits that came my way for shipping
