  • Directs and manages all cross functional initiatives in Canada with full P&L responsibility (250M+) reporting directly into the Global President/Board of Directors. Total headcount responsibility of approx. 300 individuals with 28 direct reports.
  • Responsible for all of Canada’s divisions as it relates to all subsidiary brands, regional rep agencies, interco business units, and cross functional team leads and respective departments. Direct relationship/focus with all national and regional wholesalers, buying groups, contractors/developers, architects, and engineers to drive spec share of the Zurn Elkay Combination
  • Leads multiple engagements by providing consultative guidance/direction driving an increase in top line revenue budget by 25% in the last 2 years in all categories with exponential growth in all segments & verticals. Achieved full Ebidta Budget for CY23. Major focus areas include Education, Healthcare, Hospitality, Fire Protection, Recreation, Government/Municipality, and Multi-Family.

  • Ran all applicable cross functional initiatives for a franchised retail dealer network of almost 90 locations (approx 400 employees) with full P&L responsibility reporting directly into the President/Owners. Total head office headcount responsibility of approx.40 individuals and managed and coordinated AGR Group’s Dealer Advisory Board Committee of 25 representatives
  • Implemented and responsible for executing a robust business & operating plan (3 year) in excess of 200mil and directly responsible for the development and execution of an overall operating budgetary fund of approx.10 mil. In 2019, 22% over plan with exponential growth in all segments, 2020 at 6% over plan and finalized 2021 at 18% Growth YoY (even amidst Covid-19)
  • Had increased revenue approx 20mil in 3.5 years along with overall dealer count from 65 to 90 through conversion and new site locations.
  • Was directly responsible for regional & national warehouses & distribution operations including flow, planning, and infrastructure of a 200,000 sq ft facility with a rolling on hand inventory of approx. 20mil. Was directly involved with the procurement of land and establishments which were built or renovated for franchisee development purposes.

  • Managed all applicable initiatives for a retail dealer network of 200 locations + nationwide along with the National Parts & Service Committee.
  • Essential leader in Kia Canada’s aftersales executive team – responsible for exponential growth and had not missed a target and overall objectives since inception. Concluded 2017 at 22% over plan and 2018 at 20% over plan with exponential growth in all segments.
  • Responsible for a business/operating plan in excess of 350mil and an overall marketing budget of excess of 20mil.

  • 7 direct reports including and responsible for a total book of business of approximately 150M + in total revenue sales (increased approx 10 million within a 2.5-year time period since inception)
  • ACHIEVED 180% of 2015’s annual objective plan and 148% of 2016’s annual objective. Opened over 300 new associate dealers, 15 new direct retail locations, and 5 national distributors.
