• Received a perfect score of 100 on Steritech. Continued to score audits 97 or higher. Responsible for hiring and training, scheduling, repairing equipment in order to save money for location.

Hillcrest

• Transferred in order to open location back up to normal scheduled hours. After 2 months, went from making 40k per month to 25k per week by hiring more crew, and retraining previous team to be able to work with new crew.

Promoted quickly due to GM opening up two locations. Assisted GM by monitoring location and ensuring store was efficient on all areas. Managed inventory every week and 1st of month, trained all employees/shift leads that needed an extra hand, constructed each schedule for AM/PM shifts, as well keeping store ready for quarterly audit (Steritech). Received multiple high scores of 97 or higher.

Assisted General Manager to enhance consistency throughout the store. Covered shifts when needed, came in on off days to help with ship days on North Island Naval Air Station. Picked up product from other locations when needed.

Oversaw the shift while maintaining a food safe kitchen for customers as well as boosting energy of crew to enhance customers experience. Monitored cash drawers each shift to ensure no money was missing and conducted inventory every week.

Trained to work all positions of kitchen (grill, fryers, shake machine, dress, register, and expo. Part of both morning and night shifts. Would cover shifts on off days and also help other locations if needed.
