I am a public administration professional and M.P.A. candidate with experience in county government operations, agricultural policy, and regulatory processes. Through my role as a Permit Technician with Merced County, I have developed strong skills in records management, stakeholder communication, project coordination, and regulatory compliance. As a Maddy Institute Fellow with the California Department of Food and Agriculture, I supported research and policy initiatives related to California's agricultural sector and public resource management. I have also gained exposure to groundwater sustainability efforts through observation of Merced Subbasin water resource management activities, developing a foundational understanding of SGMA implementation and regional water challenges. My background in government service, policy analysis, agriculture, and community engagement has prepared me to support data-driven water management decisions and contribute to the long-term sustainability of the Central Valley's groundwater resources.
