Level 1 and 2 tech support for all of Pfizer Canada employees. Answered incoming calls, entered the issues into the ticketing system and provided user support directly or escalated to 3rd level support. Handled the daily backups on their Tivoli system and on JDEdwards. Assisted users with their mobile phone issues.
