1. Wiring of protection relays, starters and communication systems based on single line diagram, schematic diagram and blueprints

2. Tap and install FD switches,wired relays,starters in desired location of the panel as per the electrical layout.

3. Wiring of termination racks, marshaling panels as per the single line diagram.

4. Use various tools such as wrenches,ratchet,screw drivers,crimping tools, drilling machine as well as impact and tape measure for completing wiring and assembling of panels.

5. Install completed panels into modular substation building for cabling and. termination.

6. Select and measure cables with desired length as per the cable schedule.

7. Lay cables on cable tray and pull cables to desired panels.

8. Terminate teck cable and shielded cable as per the guidelines in Electrical code.

9. Grounding of each cables and panels to the common grounding point of the building.

10. Install and pull cables to DC monitoring system. Wire Fuse holders, Relays and contactor in DC monitoring system.

11. Install and wiring ofconduits, Lighting fixtures, receptacles on the building.

12. Set up battery room with connecting batteries using jumpers.

13.. Use punch set for punching desired holes for glanding of cables.

14.. Maintain quality of the project as per the customer specification.

15. Laying and connection of the communication cables to the relays through bucket trays.

1. Select and arrange wiring equipments using check list

2. Complete wiring with the help of schematic diagram and blueprints.

3. Assemble and install sub-assemblies on desired area.

4. Complete stripping and crimping of cables and wires for completing the wiring of relays, starters and communication systems in Electrical panel.

5. Maintain the quality of work as per customer specifications.

6. Use various tools such as wrenches, ratchet, screw drivers, crimping tools, drilling machine and tape measure for completing the task.

7. Performing inspection of the products, medium and low voltage wiring.

8. Troubleshoot and correct problems with multimeter.

1.Supervise panel erection and installation of generators and RMU.

2.Panel wiring based on the blueprints as per customer specifications. 3.Control panel wiring.

4.Direct wiring, Point to point wiring, Cable termination.

5. CT,PT, Starters, relay wiring.

6.Testing and commissioning of panels.

7.Calculated overall measurement of cables used in each site
