  • Assess whether the rules are complied with in family assignment court and determine readiness before the case is presented to the Provincial court justice.
  • Deliver mandated cautions and write court endorsements with quasi-judicial authority.
  • Use tact and discretion to ensure privacy, confidentiality and impartiality in the court during each business relationship and provide results to tabulate statistics for one of the busiest jurisdictions in North America.
  • Communicate with sensitivity to negotiate court related issues and mediate under high conflict and stressful situations to deliver resolutions.
  • Execute oral presentations, announcements, arraignments and swear in court witnesses.
  • Complete daily dockets, priorities and reports to effectively communicate them to Courts' administration under tight deadlines.
  • Conduct a thorough evaluation of each case to accurately deliver the disposition for 100's of criminal charges and court files on a weekly bases.
