My diverse skill set spans First Nations engagement, employment, contracting, sustainable development, corporate social responsibility, environmental issues, and feasibility studies. Additionally, I have experience in policy development and establishing a business registry, including the creation of a website portal for the business registry.

  • Oversee budgets for the Employment & Business Department, ensuring efficient allocation of resources.
  • Built a Nations business policy and business registry and website portal to support entrepreneur's.
  • Assisted the development of a Nation to Nation entity between the Tahltan and Nisga'a governments and business corporations.

  • Implementation of the Participation Agreement (PA), with the Tahltan Nation ie. Ensure job postings are brought to the Tahltans first; Ensure the Tahltan Leadership is informed prior to any significant press release, manage Tahltan environment initiative invoices,
  • Represent GCMC on the EPC (Environmental Performance Committee); in which meetings occur bi- annually or quarterly as required, as per the PA.
  • Represent GCMC on the HR Committee as per the PA
  • Assist in the development of a curriculum for School District #87 on the Iskut River Archaeology
  • Partner with key colleges by participating on boards for Exploration and Mining ie. Developed a Heavy Equipment Operators Course onsite to train new operators and obtained certification for experienced operators
  • Ensure funding, from several mining companies, for the Telegraph Creek and Iskut Literacy/Culture Camps
  • Developed and maintained the Galore Creek bursary program for 15 years, many companies and the Tahltan Central Government utilize the format I developed for the bursary program; I also assist with scoring other bursaries via the TCG.
