  • Cover all Grades from Kindergarten (DECE) - Grade 8, including Special Needs Classes (EA).
  • Following existing lesson plans: Arrive at the classroom early. Implement the lesson plan left by the regular teacher, including activities, assignments, and learning objectives.
  • Classroom management: Establish clear expectations, managing student behavior, addressing disruptions effectively, and maintaining a positive learning environment.
  • Delivering instruction: Present lessons in a clear and engaging manner, adapting teaching methods to suit different learning styles, and facilitating student participation.
  • Taking attendance and monitoring student progress: Record student attendance, keeping track of completed assignments, and providing feedback where necessary.

  • Take students out for DPA (Daily Physical Activity). Supervise and ensure students are staying within parameters and retake attendance when we return in the classroom
  • Ensure students pack up, tidy up and stack chairs before dismissal. Remind bus kids to join school bus line in a timely manner. Ensure all kids are dismissed and exits the building. Escort kids of lower grades to exit area. During dismissal, ensure their safety by releasing them to their parents or designated pick up person on record only.

  • Offload freight from trucks unto conveyer belt using safe lifting techniques. Inspect trucks to ensure packages or mails are not left behind.
  • Sort mail and scan. Place into appropriate bags.
  • Relabel mails and boxes with the Leo.
  • Split boxes on conveyor belt. Ensure labels are up and visible. Clear the clutter ensuring boxes are lined up and on the correct side of the belt. Direct boxes to other conveyors and mail bins to mail section conveyor. Remove prohibited boxes (DG, Biological substances).
  • Sort freight within facility.
  • Transport freight to appropriate areas within facilities.
  • Scan boxes from the conveyor belt and place them unto wasp. Coordinate with the loader ensuring that boxes are cleared and loaded into the can in a fast, safe and efficient manner.
  • Load aircraft & ground cans (TRK, AAD, AMJ) utilizing T-stacking skills at all times (Tabletop, Team work, T's, Tight, Tiers).
  • Pre sort tasks: Print out Cons for the Cans & Mail section. Ensure cans are serviceable (No holes, clear of debris and water). Attach cons to cans and discard of old cons. Setup mail section placing bins in correct order on the sorting rack. Use pump truck and setup BLD's and skids in mail section and attach corresponding cons to each. Setup mail bags and attach the cons to each bag. Place X-Ray Stickers on correct bags. Place extra cons for the sort in designated area. Ensure mail section is clean and supplies (X-Ray stickers, mail bags, zip ties, bins, labels for Leo, Sensaware Tags & Sleeves) are fully stocked up and replenish if necessary. Offload skids unto conveyor belt and scan and load into cans and/or build on skids. Build skids and wrap tightly with plastic wrap. (YTO Station January 2024 - July 2024).
  • Pair Sensaware Tags to packages using the LEO.
  • Perform Post Sort Tasks: Stat 44, Outside and Inside Truck Check.
  • DSA: Inspect all Customs (B13) & Food (FDA packages). Ensure proper documentation are provided and make copies. Reject package with missing documentation and place in designated area for CSR follow-up, If cleared, fill out B13 & FDA sticker with approval info. such as my FedEx ID number attached to label. Place cleared packages on the belt and submit the forms to DSA Department before the deadline. Sort, Split and Batch Airbills and relevant documents for customs and archival purposes. (YTO Station November 2021 - July 2024).
  • Load and unload freight utilizing safe lifting techniques
