For 25 years, I served as an RCMP officer specializing in serious crimes investigations, including sex crimes, domestic violence, and homicide. In 2014, while I took a one-year Spousal Relocation leave from the RCMP, I instructed a Police Studies Program at Assiniboine Community College. I resumed my role as a police officer in 2015, and worked collaboratively with multiple agencies for seven years to support individuals and families at risk. In 2020, I completed a Master of Arts in Counselling Psychology and became the Wellness Coordinator for RCMP employees and their families in Manitoba. Currently, I provide therapy and treatment plans to diverse clients in Richmond, BC. I am a Certified Canadian Counsellor (CCPA) and a Registered Clinical Counsellor (BCACC).
