As a bilingual individual fluent in both English and French, I am well-equipped to excel as a Bilingual Switchboard Operator in a hospital setting. I will be graduating with a Bachelor of Science in Pharmacology from the Université de Sherbrooke in May 2025, bringing a strong background in health sciences and a commitment to delivering exceptional service. Additionally, I hold a Health Sciences Diploma from the University of Moncton, further strengthening my knowledge in the medical field.

My previous experience managing my own equestrian facility has honed my organizational, communication, and multitasking skills—traits that are essential for effectively handling a switchboard in a fast-paced healthcare environment. Additionally, teaching horseback riding lessons has strengthened my ability to clearly communicate instructions and maintain calm under pressure, ensuring a positive and professional experience for both clients and colleagues.
