- Revamped and maintained the entire series of Board Policies.
- Consistently maintained exceptionally high ratings on yearly superintendent evaluations, and staff feedback surveys.
- Led the district from a qualified budget in 2015-16 to a stable budget within one year, achieving and maintaining over a 30% reserve.
