Having Conversation: There was a time I had a heart-to-heart conversation with a patient, and it really made me bond with the patient which made coordination  Easy.

Reading: I enjoy reading books that involve but are not limited to quality improvement on leadership, patient care, change management, problem solving, and healthcare in general because they broaden my horizon, increase my sense of wonder, increase empathy, boosts creativity, focus, inspires success, exercises my brain, vocabulary, and stronger analytical thinking skills

Watching Series: I appreciate watching medical and holistic series like Grey's Anatomy to help me find better ways to manage my caregiving role

Painting & Drawing: I believe creativity takes courage and I like to express myself through shapes and colors when I cannot use words

Cooking: I see cooking as a way of connecting with people because the fun in cooking is when I cook for others to taste which I enjoy because I like to create a safe space to connect with people.
