I am a Case Manager with over five years of experience working with both non-profit and for-profit organizations that serve vulnerable, underserved populations. Currently, I am completing my Bachelor's degree in Social Work, with a long-term goal of pursuing a career in counseling within the field. My work has centered around mental health, substance use, and housing instability, particularly within the at-risk, and unhoused communities.
Since January 2024, I’ve been with RH Community Builders, where my role involves advocating for patient rights and connecting clients to critical resources that support long-term health and wellness. I’ve been heavily involved with Fresno Cal AIM, where I’ve continued to grow my professional skills in client advocacy, case management, and culturally competent care. A large part of my work includes locating and securing affordable housing for clients, guiding them through the entire process from application to move-in, and providing ongoing support to help them maintain housing stability.
I’m experienced in curriculum development, and I bring a strong sense of adaptability, and drive to every team I work with. I have a deep understanding of the challenges our clients face, and I’m committed to helping them build healthy, sustainable lives. My ability to build networks and relationships within the housing sector has allowed me to successfully place clients into units, even in a tight housing market. I work well independently, am quick to learn new systems, and always look forward to taking on new challenges that push me to grow as a professional in this field.
