Provide administrative support to Ruan maintenance shop(s), including creating and processing work orders, ordering and receiving parts, and processing invoice vouchers
Ensure effective and thorough communications with Technicians, Service Managers, Fleet Services Supervisors for issue escalation and resolution
Provide customer service support for Technicians, Service Managers, and Regional Maintenance Manager
Obtain missing documentation from outside vendors or vendor websites to ensure accurate invoice processing
Manage the parts inventory to ensure appropriate levels of parts and accurate accounting usage
Maintain and update vendor files
Issue and track purchases orders with vendors
Receive parts and reconcile against purchase orders
Identify and properly handle warranties, returned parts and cores
Maintain all parts and supply storage areas in a clean and organized manner
Work closely with shop personal to determine parts needed to expedite repair process
Perform other job-relate duties and special projects as required
