  • - daily inspection of the common areas and facilities, i.e. selling areas (operating hours, lighting, signages) and common areas/lobbies (mall corridors, stairwells, elevators, sidewalks, interior lighting, rest rooms, parking areas, and exterior/interior landscaping);
  • - the quarterly maintenance checkup of all equipment and installations;
  • - the monitoring of the cost-efficient insurance coverage;
  • - strict compliance with security control measures; and
  • C. TENANT MANAGEMENT
  • - Maintain professional relationship with the tenants as well as with the communities and institutions within the vicinity of the mall.
