I am a yoga instructor, embodiment coach and somatic educator. In short - I consider myself a bodyworker. I specialize in women’s pelvic floor health and scar tissue remediation bodywork. I have a diverse background in various healing and movement modalities, from working and studying with influential leaders in the women’s alternative health sphere. Drawing from my background (in yoga, reiki, craniosacral, non-linear movement method, and somatic pelvic care), I seek to guide women to create a deeper relationship with themselves, through connecting to the wisdom of their body. My work is predicated on teaching techniques for embodied autonomy. Meaning, my goal is that clients come away with a better understanding of what it means to live connected to their physiology.
I work with clients one-on-one and host educational retreats and workshops on the mind/body connection.
My work places a strong focus on nervous system regulation, as I believe that the “state” we live in, holds primacy over our body’s biomechanical, biochemical, and emotional expression.
