• Virtual telehealth with NP lead, primary care clinic
• There are three nurse practitioners who work collaboratively to provides primary care for all ages

• NP primary care for predominantly geriatric, frail elderly people and people with chronic diseases and complex health needs

- Assist local midwife as a second for her home births.

- Locum coverage during midwife vacation for non-obstetrical, clinical coverage including pre and postnatal assessments and follow up.

• Primary and emergency care in remote Community Health Centers in Sahtu, Kitikmeot, and Baffin Regions
• RN works within an expanded scope of practice, including covering on call emergencies, including clinical consultation and arranging medivac transfers.
• Primary care clinics for assessing and diagnosing primary care conditions, prescribing and filling prescriptions, conducting well child and well women clinics, managing chronic diseases, and providing public health.
