Project: Contact Centre Platform Development of application for Non-preapprove Credit Cards Line of Credit and Credit Limit increase for Contact Centre Platform

Responsibilities:

• Documenting and understanding the business process from start to finish including all touch points.
• Providing and applying expertise in business analysis, data mapping, creating of process flows etc
• Work with key stakeholders within all business functions to align technology solutions with business strategies.
• Validate root cause for the data quality issues prioritized by the Data Governance Office.
• Communicating findings and recommendations to stakeholders, including senior management, based on data analysis.
• Developing and maintaining dashboards, reports, and other visualizations to provide insights into key metrics and trends.

Project: Enhancement of Mortgage Business Automation for Contact Centre Platform. (Retail and Commercial Mortgages)

Responsibilities:

• Identified business processes and led the creation of business and system requirements, and Functional (FRS) and Non-functional specifications and transformed business logic from requirements into agile user stories.
• Involved in Business Requirement Scoping and identifying high priority requirements for implementation.
• Developed Project Artifacts such as use cases, Sprint log, Traceability matrix, Epics, user stories, functional as well non-functional requirements and process maps.
• Facilitated and influenced large and diverse groups of stakeholders to complete requirements' discovery, analysis and review.
• Followed the UML methodology to create UML diagrams, including Use Cases Diagrams, Business Context Diagrams, and Activity Diagram and wire framing activities (Microsoft Visio).
• Prepared Project documentations e.g Weekly and monthly status reports, change request, meeting minutes, presentations, Diagram, charts.

Project: Portfolio Reporting System Implementation of Portfolio Reporting System for Manulife Investment Staff for accuracy and transparency of Portfolio Management for Customers

Responsibilities:

• Performed creation of Business Case Management, Functional Requirements modelling and process flow diagrams.
• Defined and documented custom reports based on the business requirements, modified existing reports based on the GAP analysis between
  new requirements and existing reports.
• Ensured timely completion of project tasks and deliverables with a high degree of quality by prioritizing tasks and issues along with the project
  manager.
• Understanding and developing requirements and use cases for account opening, maintenance and reporting for new accounts.

Project: Implementation of Reliance Global Calling Mobile Applications providing a seamless interface for customers utilizing payment gateways and international calling. Responsibilities:

• Worked on requirement scoping and requirements definition, writing specifications, and then analyzing high priority requirements for
  implementation.
• Prepared Prototypes organized walk-through sessions with business to baseline the application.
• Followed a structured approach to organize requirements into logical groupings of essential business processes, business rules, and
  information needs, and insured that critical requirements are not missed.
• Facilitated questionnaire sessions to identify business rules, requirements and document them in a format that can be reviewed and understood
  by both the business users and technical team.
• Followed the UML methodology to create UML diagrams, including Use Cases Diagrams, Business Context Diagrams, and Activity Diagram and
