Works as a Shop supervisor for “Robinson solutions” in-house company drives out solutions and services to TMMC. Primarily supervise Paint shop, which includes duties such as:

• Supervise, coordinate and schedule the activities of 30 plus employees who repair and maintain industrial equipment and machinery.
• Manages inventory of required supplies needed for daily scheduled jobs.
• Revise and generate JSAs, training logs, including health and safety talks.
• Coordinates with engineers for emergency response to technical and hazardous conditions in the plant fundamentally in paint shop.
• Recommend personnel actions such as hiring and Promotions.
• Trains new hires and arrange training programs for workers. Works through basic Microsoft applications, goggle sheets, and company oriented software.
• Being a member of JHSC, inspects work areas to ensure health and safety regulations at all times.
• Graphs daily, weekly, monthly and yearly reports to maintain standard protocols. Performs exceptional duties like heavy staffing, bulk training, and ADP management during the yearly shutdown of the Plant. Focuses on strong management and prioritizing of customer’s needs.
• TMMC's internally valid license holder i.e. Hoisting, tugger, forklift, confined spaces, and upto 40K PSi water blaster.
