- Communicating continuously with buyers and sellers for documenting listing and buying
- Frequent follow ups with the clients for upgrading the services provided
- Coordinating and timely follow up of assigned work and reviewing them
- Preparation and compilation of weekly and monthly report and timely submission
- Data collection and converting leads to clients
- Analyzing market by comparing properties recently sold in the market
- Evaluating the financials of clients and understanding their budget in buying the property
- Making appointments for property viewing for the clients
- Attending training sessions regularly for updating knowledge in administrative skills
- Clerical duties such as calling and coordinating regularly with clients answering their queries, responding to emails, preparing documentations, office correspondence etc
- Documentation of entire Sales process from listing the property till the completion of closing.
