Policy and user authorization projects:

• Designed and developed procedure to allow access to clients applications based on their live user risk assessment
• Authorize application access to client based on the origin IP workloads

Connectivity scale of customers:

• Enhanced the scale with which number of clients can connect to the cloud by compressing the authorized data being downloaded by the clients

IPv6 support:

• Support for ICMP v6 traffic by handling the ICMP v6 packet each each hop layer of the cloud

Rate limit the traffic:

• Implement leaky bucket algorithm at the ingress point of the cloud to drop excess traffic and maintain negative cache for incorrect configuration to save the cloud overload at each hops

• Team lead of 6 individuals for System Management Authentication/Authorization/Auditing (AAA) module in Dell Data Domain. Perform design, initial investigations, and functional specification of new functionalities for the team, and make decisions for customer deliverables.
• Researched, designed, and implemented authentication and authorization module for multi-node scale-out architecture system using web JSON web token.
• Collaborated with backup appliance teams to design a role-based access control feature (authorization) for backup appliances products so they can perform limited privilege operations on the Dell Data Domain node.

• Developed two-factor authentication module using Common Access Cards (CAC cards) for the Department of Defense customers in C.
• Designed trust infrastructure between multi-node systems in scale-out architecture using public key infrastructure (PKI) methodology.
• Significantly increase the security portfolio of the product by streamlining security defenses in the design phase.

• Developed feature for management of X509 certificate on Data Domain appliance to ensure secure and encrypted communication with external servers and clients.
• Prototyped support for login to Data Domain appliance using Lightweight Directory Access Protocol (LDAP).
• Worked in collaboration with Data Domain Security team for evaluation of System threats on Data Domain appliance per release cycle.
• Developed support for generating Certificate Signing Request on Data Domain appliance for enhanced security.

• Developed features for Multi-Protocol Label Switching (MPLS) Topology Server, MPLS Monitoring Server, and MPLS Analysis Server.
• Developed feature for monitoring and analyzing server health metric based on different CPU, memory, and network utilization.
