As a final-year graduate student at the Ontario Institute for Studies in Education (OISE), I am committed to the principles of Universal Design for Learning (UDL). My educational philosophy is centered around creating an inclusive classroom environment where every student feels safe and valued, fostering a sense of belonging and community. I am dedicated to implementing strategies that cater to diverse learning needs, ensuring all students have equal opportunities to succeed. My goal is to inspire a growth mindset among my students, encouraging them to embrace challenges, learn from feedback, and celebrate their progress. By integrating UDL principles and promoting a growth mindset, I aim to support each student's unique journey towards academic and personal growth, preparing them for a lifetime of learning and achievement.
