1. Collect project leads and requirements from the client; perform heat load calculations;
develop MEP co-ordination drawings according to project specification, and prepare
work time and cost estimates for clients.
2. Arrange duct fabricators and technicians according to the requirement and get the
approval from the inspection manager for the ducts and the copper piping if necessary.
3. Ensure that the ducts and machine installation have adequate hand tools, power
tools, ladder and scaffolding available.
4. Collaborate with other disciplines to start the HVAC operations and ensure site clearance
is secure.
5. Provide the approved HVAC Shop Drawing and MEP Coordination Drawing to the
site supervisor and arrange the appropriate approved ducting and piping material
from the warehouse to the job site and organize the material to avoid delays.
6. To maintain the safety at work, arrange proper personal protection kits; make sure the
work goes as per safety requirements.
7. Obtain the safety officer's approval for the hot work to be conducted.
8. Ensure that the work is going as per the requirement and arrange inspection with
Q.C technician when required to monitor the quality of the work.
9. Carefully track site activities to ensure that the quality of the work is consistent with the
authorized shop drawing and requirements, and to obtain regular progress updates from
the site supervisor, and to update the project manager.
10. Assist the project manager, and the client to explain the project updates.
11. Arrange facilities for the testing of the ducts and piping leakages, such as light, smoke,
and pressure test.
12. Support the commissioning team for the inspection, and modification of the copper
pipe and proper balancing of the coolant gas, also assist them in the precommissioning
and commissioning stages of all HVAC equipment.
13. Co-ordinate with the project manager in the preparation of final test reports such as
built sketches, manual of operation, maintenance and distribution of the airconditioning
ducts for future verifications.

14. Provide proper guidance to the client in operating the machines and obtain handing
over form from the client.
15. Update the information in the service portal for the warranty and submit details
for annual maintenance contract.
