• Oversee sales and revenue reporting, analysis and forecasting

Knowledge management

• Act as the central point of contact for all IFL services practice resources
• Maintain the repository of IFL services offering templates and support materials

Explore Digital strategy for IFL services marketing and back-office management thereof

• Explore digital tools and enablers for marketing IFL services to develop compelling propositions with clients
• Similarly explore options for back-office management optimization of the IFL services offering
• Oversee onboarding to and ongoing support of clients and IFL services subcontractors on any digital tools implemented
• Manage process to trouble shoot and resolve any digital tool issues with EY teams and with the vendor

Lead the ongoing execution of the go-to-market strategy, which includes:

• Develop new marketing and sales materials (e.g. proposals, sales decks)
• Support the strategic planning efforts for the IFL services practice
• Identify demands, trends and opportunities for IFL services to build and maintain the sales pipeline

• Created dashboard on Power BI which helped leadership analyze reasons for variance in their Budget and actuals. The dashboard covered entire book of business of Partners who signed up and shows 100% accurate variance analysis.
• Created Power Automate solutions for process which were manual leading to an increased penetration on client hours. Manual hours saved through this automation was more than 900 hours.
• Consistently exceeded growth targets by an average of 25% during FY21 & FY22 & Currently managing a team of 30 FTEs.
• Spearheaded the Project team within US Forensics to create Playbook which acted as guidelines for effective project management of the service line as a whole. Currently, Playbook is being used by more than 1000+ employees in US to efficiently manage their Clients and operational activities.
• Trained and mentored new employees on industry practices and business operations.
• Tracked key business metrics and made recommendations for proactive adjustments to policies and procedures.
• Provided strategic analysis for project life cycles, technologies, process validations and robustness.
• Initiate Process Improvements by identifying Service Delivery Gaps, offer solutions and successfully build technology assets.
• Identifying greenfield projects and creating plans to implement GDS
• Involved in Organizational level change of GDS billing of Dashboards from Time & Materials to Fixed Pricing Plan. Did deep dive analysis on structure and cost implication of the change.
