It was a leader in the Critical Event Management space with the mission to keep people safe & organizations running faster. It provided Software As A Service (SaaS) solution for critical events such as public warning system, risk management software, IT alerting, and covid solutions (contact tracing & vaccine distribution) for private and public organizations including United Nation.
  • Achievements:
  • Launched five new solutions to simplify Go-To-Market for enterprise business and public sector. Thoroughly designed a scalable, company-wide price book. 2021 Top Performer Award of 2,000 employees.
  • Integrated the pricing models of 10+ acquired companies/technologies to the overall Everbridge’s portfolio since 2020.

Since 2016, the company had focused to grow revenue to US$2.5 Billion in 2018, while driving operating efficiency to improve the bottom-line profitability. The company returned to public in 2020.
  • Achievements:
  • Completed the transformational IT outsourcing strategic partnership project with Tech Mahindra:
  • 1. Formed a joint Go-To-Market partnership with revenue target of $50M minimum commitment from the partner.
  • 2. Improved IT cost efficiency by $100M+ over next 5 years.
  • 3. Leveraged partner’s leading IT expertise for internal improvement and offerings expansion to end customers.

  • Achievements:
  • Proposed and successfully completed the Data Center Business strategic process which resulted in business divestiture to BC Partners valued at US$2.3 Billion while CenturyLink strategically retained 10% of minority ownership.
  • Expanded 7 new global markets and executed more than 50 global data center expansion projects with US$1.0B capital spending since 2011. Winner of the 2015 Circle of Excellence award out of 50,000 global employees.
  • Responsibilities:
  • Oversaw the business strategy and decision analysis function with a team of four, based in Washington, DC.
