Achievements:
Launched five new solutions to simplify Go-To-Market for enterprise business and public sector. Thoroughly designed a scalable, company-wide price book. 2021 Top Performer Award of 2,000 employees.
Integrated the pricing models of 10+ acquired companies/technologies to the overall Everbridge’s portfolio since 2020.
Introduced customer and product P&Ls to partner with executives in business decision making on a daily basis.
Responsibilities:
Hired to create and manage the new Go-To-Market pricing strategy function to double revenue in 3 years.

1. Formed a joint Go-To-Market partnership with revenue target of $50M minimum commitment from the partner.

Proposed and successfully completed the Data Center Business strategic process which resulted in business divestiture to BC Partners valued at US$2.3 Billion while CenturyLink strategically retained 10% of minority ownership.
Expanded 7 new global markets and executed more than 50 global data center expansion projects with US$1.0B capital spending since 2011. Winner of the 2015 Circle of Excellence award out of 50,000 global employees.
