Summary

My name is Angus, and I have a passion for nursing excellence and saving lives. I am personable, hardworking, and intelligent. I am very punctual as I believe it is good moral character to show up to work fit to practice, especially as a nurse where people depend on you. During my job as a PSW I don't recall calling into a single shift during my 3 years. I have soared through my BScN program and am eager to get out into the field and learn more to become a highly skilled nurse. I received a recognition award from my BScN Program for my caring approach and demonstration of strong nursing skills during my rotation on pediatrics. I have demonstrated my safety with patient care and always ask questions if I am not sure about how to do something, also following the CNO code of conduct along with hospital policy and guidelines. I am waiting for McMaster to send my completion to the CNO, in which once received I will be signing up to write the NCLEX sometime in May. I have my IV certification course from April 29th to May 5th. I am ready to complete ACLS and PALS certification if need be.
