· Maintains confidentiality all employees and work records.
· Directly reports to the HR Manager regarding leave calculations and entitlement, Site Staff timing, Absenteeism reports, and other correspondences.
· Keep track of address changes, changes in job titles, benefits, and salaries.
· Responsible in Applying New/Renewal Health Card Insurance & Life Insurance for the all Employee.
· Handling front office works like sending fax, encoding, filling, courier, e-mail, scanning etc.
· Responsible for sorting of all incoming documents by fax or by telephone and distribute it all to the concerned persons.
· Maintain filing system, updating records and ensure safe custody of confidential documents.
· Gathering all documents for signature.
· Setting appointments / meetings.
· Issuing Identity cards.
· Responsible for hotel & flight booking.
