Motivated college student, currently enrolled and seeking opportunity to apply skills in hospital based setting environment, committed to quality patient care. Rotates through various healthcare settings, such as hospitals, outpatient clinics, long-term care facilities, and community health centers. These rotations exposes myself to different patient populations and healthcare environments. Learn and practice essential nursing skills, such as wound care, catheterization, IV insertion, and medication administration. These skills are honed under the guidance of clinical instructors and preceptors. Clinical experiences that helped develop critical thinking and problem-solving skills. Learn to assess patient conditions, identify potential issues, and make informed decisions about patient care. Working alongside nurses, doctors, therapists, and other healthcare professionals. I develop teamwork and collaboration skills. I learn to share information, seek guidance, and contribute to team discussions. Accurate and thorough documentation is emphasized, including charting patient information, observations, and interventions in electronic health records (EHRs).
