  • Provide support, advice and recommendations to Senior Management, clients and stakeholders on issues, trends and strategic direction on Form 54, TCSO and J1 investigations
  • Identifying problems and issues with Static-99R assessments and participating in their resolution
  • Lead the Form 54 Project with modernization of data management program and provide direction, guidance and supervision of general reports to stakeholders
  • Provide client based service delivery work to all stakeholders and partners requesting assistance with investigational inquiries or conducting risk or threat assessments and draft judicial authorizations
  • Making decisions that require interpretation to various legislation and its legal application while providing guidance and recommendations on issues to internal and external stakeholders
  • Conduct investigations for compliance with legislation
