Marking papers and giving corrective feedback. Intervening early if a student is falling behind or struggling with the course. Submitting final grades and reports as dircted by the faculty supervisor.

This fourth year social work course was focused on Indigenous perspectives around the different styles of managment in work environments and how to be an effective employee within those systems. The duties of the Instructor included curriculum development and structure of the course outline, using the previous years and adapting it to an Indigenous perspective. Other duties included, course facilitation, student support, covering all the course objectives, marking papers and giving feedback to the students.
