  • After thorough research is done verifying transaction codes and tax information on original in conjunction with amended return, use X-claim tool to input my adjustment.

  • Assigned temp numbers when an ITIN or SSN wasn't found.
  • Research both valid and invalid segments of IDRS to complete each CP Notice and forms.
  • Correct Name and ITIN/SSN's and issued manual refunds.
  • SME for Entity Programs and OJI coach for any employee having problems understanding Entity Notices and CP's.
  • Selected to be a TAS liaison for DPO. Fields phone calls from other service centers and interacts daily with internal customers.
  • Developed a very good and professional rapport with the Tax Payer Advocate office as well as the P & A staff.
  • As a Tas Liaison, I demonstrate technical problem identification and resolution skills on a daily basis.
