Conduct precision shaft alignment using dial indicators and laser systems to plus or minus 0.002 inch. Execute preventive and predictive maintenance programs to improve equipment reliability and reduce downtime. Fabricate and repair structural steel components, piping, and equipment supports.

Perform structural welding and mechanical repairs in accordance with AWS D1.1 requirements. Execute rigging and lifting operations including load calculations and safe lift planning. Apply OSHA, LOTO, confined space, and hot work procedures. Coordinate maintenance activities to support production schedules. Mentor mechanics and operators in troubleshooting, safe work practices, and documentation.

Previous roles include crane operator, roller operator, and uncoiler operator. Operated overhead cranes and heavy equipment. Supervised crews and supported material handling operations. Maintained production and maintenance records using MES and SAP systems.
