I entered the insurance industry over five years ago as a second career, as I thought that this profession would allow me to combine my outgoing personality and passion for people with strong legal background and experience in sales. I have been working at HUB International since April of 2019, both in personal lines and commercial department. I have been able to complete nine of CIP courses, all with honours. Working in personal lines has thought me all the necessary skills and knowledge of the insurance industry needed for an exceptional customer service; whereas as a commercial account manager, I have learned in depth all the processes involved in handling a book of business. Having experience in both commercial and person lines allowed me to realize what my real passion is and where I see myself growing and building a successful career; not just having a job. I truly enjoy the role of Private Client Account Manager as it allows me not only to integrate all the knowledge and experience from the past positions into handling the assigned book of business; but also explore my sales skills. As I pride myself in continuously enhancing my knowledge of the high-net worth insurance industry and commitment to providing exceptional customer service, I see myself growing in this role and becoming true insurance specialist in high-valued insurable assets. My goal is to continue building excellent relationships with existing clients, as well as grow my book of business through referrals and personal connections that I build during my time as a real estate agent.
