  • Responsible for the creation, implementation, and execution of communications strategic planning to meet organizational objectives.
  • Role objectives include driving our data requirements across the function, leading our planning cycle, supporting the Head of CSI and EPAS as assigned, leading large cross functional delivery to achieve our quarterly and annual objectives.
  • Led our annual strategic planning function for Enterprise Public Affairs, driving key stakeholders across the function to ensure we were able to land a meaningful strategy that identified key deliverables and our longer-term communication objectives.
  • Currently lead our strategic planning function for Communications and Social Impact.
  • Responsible for leading and planning all team meetings, leadership offsites, leadership strategy planning, focused on identifying strategic key performance indicators with specific tracked outcomes.
  • Responsible for the project management and delivery of our annual US-Canada Summit, working across functions within PC&B to deliver execution excellence.
  • Was tasked as Project Manager for our official BOTW announcement, reporting updates directly to our CEO and EC, including progress, reputational risk, and critical timelines for internal and external communication.

  • Responsible for identifying enhancements to products and loyalty programs, determining required changes to optimize customer experience and business performance, and lead the implementation of those changes.
  • As product manager for BMO Rewards I was responsible for the migration of our proprietary rewards program, reimagining the BMO Rewards website and mobile experience, coupled with a product refresh and migration.
  • Managing a project budget upwards of ~10M, I delivered a relevant customer experience journey to truly differentiate in market.
